Google Cloud With SQL will have built-in Google App Engine data service for high availability.
Now we can choose to supplement our App Engine applications with a familiar relational database in a fully managed cloud computing. This allows us to focus on the development of applications and services, free of the tasks of management, maintenance and administration of relational databases
Google Cloud SQL brings several benefits to the community App Engine:
* Do not need maintenance or administration of the database
* High scalability and availability
* Familiar relational database to MySQL
* Intuitive user interface
* Simple and complete integration with Google App Engine.
The service includes import and export functionality that allows us to move our databases SQL MySQL to Google Cloud.
Cloud SQL is available in beta for free, once you finish this testing period Google will charge a monthly fee.
