The jQuery team released a week ago jQuery Mobile 1.0 Release Candidate 1.
The released version of the JavaScript framework for developing web applications for tablets and smartphones brings changes among a large number of bug fixes, stability improvements and expansion of the documentation.
The release candidate also adds support this framework for Meego platform making web applications developed by jQuery Mobile 1.0 on supports all major mobile platforms (iOS, Android, BlackBerry, Palm WebOS, Nokia / Symbian).
After this release the goal is the release of jQuery Mobile 1.0 in the coming weeks final.
